Terms of Use for CyberSpeak Pro
Effective date: June 21, 2026
CyberSpeak Pro is a cybersecurity English speaking practice platform developed by Private English. By accessing or using CyberSpeak Pro, you agree to these Terms of Use.
1. Purpose of the Platform
CyberSpeak Pro is designed to help users practice English speaking for cybersecurity contexts through conversation, feedback, corrections, vocabulary support, and AI-powered learning assistance.
CyberSpeak Pro is an educational tool and does not replace formal language certification, professional cybersecurity training, official English evaluation, or professional instruction.
2. User Accounts
Users may need to create an account to use CyberSpeak Pro. Users are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping their account credentials secure.
Users are responsible for all activity that occurs under their account.
3. Acceptable Use
Users agree not to use CyberSpeak Pro to:
Upload, submit, or share harmful, abusive, illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content.
Attempt to break, reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the platform.
Interfere with the platform’s systems, services, or security.
Use the platform for automated, commercial, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.
Share, resell, or transfer access to their account without authorization.
Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
4. AI-Generated Feedback
CyberSpeak Pro uses artificial intelligence to provide educational feedback, corrections, conversation support, vocabulary guidance, and learning suggestions.
AI-generated responses may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for every learning situation. Users should treat CyberSpeak Pro’s feedback as educational support, not as an official academic evaluation, professional instruction, language certification, or cybersecurity certification.
5. Microphone and Voice Features
CyberSpeak Pro may use microphone access to enable speaking practice and related voice-based features. Users can manage microphone permissions through their browser or device settings.
Voice-based features may depend on third-party technology providers for audio processing, transcription, artificial intelligence responses, and related functionality.
6. Active Sessions and Usage
Users are responsible for ending their speaking sessions when they finish practicing.
Active voice sessions may continue using platform resources, available practice time, or usage limits while the microphone and AI voice features are running.
CyberSpeak Pro may display reminders, session controls, or automatic limits to help users manage their practice time and prevent accidental or excessive usage.
Users should use the End Session or equivalent control when they are done practicing.
7. Free Access, Paid Access, and Fair Use
CyberSpeak Pro may offer free access, free trials, paid plans, subscriptions, or usage-based access.
Available features, limits, prices, and billing terms may vary depending on the user’s plan, platform, country, or promotional offer.
Any unlimited or extended-use plan is intended for normal personal educational use and may be subject to reasonable fair-use limits to protect service quality, prevent abuse, and avoid unusually high or automated usage.
8. Payments and Billing
CyberSpeak Pro payments may be processed through Wompi and/or other authorized payment providers.
Private English does not store users’ full credit card, debit card, or payment card information.
Prices may be displayed in USD with an approximate COP reference. The final amount charged may depend on the payment provider, currency conversion, taxes, fees, exchange rate, bank policies, or country of payment.
9. Availability and Updates
We aim to keep CyberSpeak Pro available and functional, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
CyberSpeak Pro may be updated, modified, paused, limited, or discontinued at any time for technical, educational, legal, security, or business reasons.
Some features may depend on third-party services, internet connection, browser compatibility, device compatibility, microphone permissions, or platform requirements.
10. Intellectual Property
CyberSpeak Pro, Cyro, its branding, design, educational structure, content, prompts, learning experience, and related materials belong to Private English or their respective owners.
