Morgan users can request deletion of their account and associated data.
Morgan is an English speaking practice app developed by Private English. If you want to delete your Morgan account, please follow the instructions below.
How to Request Account Deletion
Send an email to:
Use this subject line:
Morgan Account Deletion Request
Please include:
Your full name
The email address connected to your Morgan account
A short message confirming that you want to delete your Morgan account and associated data
What Happens After Your Request
Once we receive your request, we will process the deletion of your Morgan account and associated data, unless we are legally required to keep certain information.
Deleting your account may remove:
Your account access
Your learning progress
Your practice activity
Your transcripts
Your feedback
Your app-related data
Important
Account deletion may not be reversible.
