Nina users can request deletion of their account and associated data.
Nina Spanish Practice is a Spanish speaking practice app developed by Private English. If you want to delete your Nina account, please follow the instructions below.
How to Request Account Deletion

Please include:
Your full name
The email address connected to your Nina account
A short message confirming that you want to delete your Nina account and associated data
What Will Be Deleted
When your request is processed, we will delete or anonymize account data associated with your Nina account, including account access information and app usage records where applicable.
Subscription Notice
Deleting your Nina account does not automatically cancel an active subscription managed through Google Play or another app store/payment provider.
If you have an active subscription, please cancel it through Google Play or the platform where you purchased it.
Processing Time
We will review and process deletion requests as soon as possible.
